Here’s How Our Process Works

Once you’ve indicated interest for a position and we’ve determined there is a potential fit, we’ll complete the following steps to advance your placement.

Step 1



Meet & Review Your Resume

We’ll meet with you at our office or at a convenient location for you. This is not an interview, but an opportunity to explore why you’re looking for a new position and what your goals are based around your skills, interests, and desired culture.

Step 2



Present You to the Company

Once we all agree that a particular company could be a fit for you, we’ll speak directly with the decision makers about you. We discuss your experience, goals, and culture fit in a personal conversation with the hiring team. We keep you informed of all discussions, estimated time table for responses, and any next steps.



Set Up an Interview with the Company

Next, an interview is scheduled. We’ll provide you with company information, names/titles of attendees, the interview location and schedule, and other pertinent information for that day.

We’ll provide information needed so you can send thank you notes in a timely manner.



Feedback from You and the Company

After each interview, you’ll call us with your feedback. We’ll gather your thoughts on the interview and discuss the details.

We’ll also speak with the company to get their feedback, thoughts on the interview, and next steps. Then we’ll reconnect to go over that information with you.



Receive and Review Job Offer

When you and the company believe there is a match, an offer will be extended to you. 

We continue to work with you throughout this process to further build our relationship and make sure everyone is aligned on the offer.
